What is BBA LLB Course?

A professional degree is granted to graduates of the five-year Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) programme. In the BBA LLB integrated law programme, candidates are taught both legal and business administration-related material. Aspirants are first taught Commerce subjects like Principles of Management, Financial Accounting, Computer Applications, Effective Communication, etc. as part of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) LLB study. After that, candidates for the legal profession are instructed in subjects including tort law, family law, constitutional law, property law, company law, administrative law, civil law, criminal law, and similar ones.

Eight years is the maximum amount of time an applicant has to finish their BBA LLB programme. Aspirants are taught a variety of topics as part of an integrated BBA LLB degree through classroom instruction, case studies, and moot courts.

Principles and Practices of Business Management
In this unit of BBA LLB deals with principles and function of Management which includes planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, and the way these functions and principles are implemented in business practices.

Law of Torts
A civil wrong is simply a tort. In this chapter, students learn about the types of torts, way wrongdoings that are done by one party against another, and Under which law, the injured person may take civil action against the other party.

Constitutional Law
In ‘Constitutional Law’ under BBA LLB, candidates learn about Social Transformation in India, Constitutionalism: Pluralism & Federalism, Judicial Process, Administrative Law, Administrative Process and Judicial Control and National Security, Public Order and Rule of Law.

Organisational Behaviour
Organisation Behaviour provides an understanding of why people behave as they do in organizations. This chapter provides definition, concept and scope of organisational behaviour, fundamentals and models of organisational behaviour.

Labour and Industrial Law

Managerial Economics
Managerial Economics is a study of the application of the principles and theories of microeconomics and macroeconomics in various business decisions and strategies of the organisation. The curriculum of the BBA LLB program consists of subjects such as Business Statistics, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Environment, etc. 

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have finished their Class 12 from a recognised board are eligible for the BBA LLB programme. In addition, the majority of law schools/colleges stipulate that students can apply for a BBA LLB programme if they receive an overall grade point average of at least 45 percent in Class 12 (for SC/ST candidates, the range of this minimal marks percentage is 40 percent).

Candidates do not need to meet any special age requirements in order to apply for admission to the BBA LLB programme.
