DESY Summer Student Program in Germany 2020 (Fully Funded)

DESY (Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron) Summer Student Program in Germany applications are now open. DESY is an International Summer Student Program.  All Foreign Students from all over the World are eligible and highly encouraged to apply for the DESY summer program in Germany. The program duration is from July 21 to September 10.

One hundred (100) candidates from all over the world will participate in DESY’s research and attend the lecture program. DESY (Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron) Summer Student Program is one of the famous and well-known research centers in the world. Qualified students of the program will join in the day-to-day work of research groups at the DESY Laboratory in Hamburg or Zeuthen (Berlin).

Financial Coverage

  All expenses of selected 100 participants for this research Internship will cover by the DESY Summer Students organization.

Living Expenses: DESY Summer Students will provide a stipend to cover living costs for a single person.

Travel expenses: Travel expenses will also be included.

Duration Of Program

The Summer student program takes place from July 21 to September 10, 2020, in Hamburg or Zeuthen (Berlin). The applicants are expected to stay for the entire period.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates from all over the world are eligible.
• Both Undergraduates and Graduates Master are Eligible
• Candidates who already obtained a master-degree or will obtain a Master’s degree in 2020 are not accepted.
• Candidates should not have previously been at DESY as a summer student.
• Candidates should have an excellent working knowledge of English.
• Basic computing skills are needed.
