How to Enroll for Npower NEXIT Loan Training & Confirm Availability

NPower News Update on BAtch C1 Nexit Loan: The NEXIT (N-EXIT), also known as the NEXIT Loan Programme, is an Exit or Transition Plan created to train and provide soft Loans to Npower beneficiaries after their participation in the Npower Program has ended, according to the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development.

AGSMEIS Loan, COVID-19 Targeted Credit Facility Loan, and Nigeria Youth Investment Fund Loan Scheme are a few of the CBN Intervention Programmes that the Ministry has arranged in collaboration with the Central Bank of Nigeria to offer loans in the amount of N250,000 to N3,000,000.

The Ministry stated that the NEXIT Loan would first target the Npower program’s departing Batch A and B beneficiaries before moving on to the Batch C beneficiaries.

The recipients of the Batch C1 Npower Loans, which make up another batch of the NEXIT Loan Program, will be revealed by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development.

The NASIMS service portal at www.nasims.gov.ng is used for the NEXIT Loan registration process.

A key component of the NEXIT Loan Program is the mandatory NEXIT Loan Training.

The Ministry uses the USSD Code *45665# to enroll people in the NEXIT Loan Training Enrolment and deducts N30 Airtime for each trial.

How to Enroll for NEXIT Loan Training & Confirm Availability

1. Just dial the USSD Code *45665# with any MTN (or other networks) line
2. Select 2 (NEXIT) from the Menu by replying with the number “2”.
3. Select 1 from the Next Menu to Check Eligibility Status.
4. Enter your Npower Phone Number or BVN, then Send.
5. Accept for N30 to be deducted from your Airtime, then it will say Thank you.
6. Just wait a moment, you will get a text message about your Status from Npower.
7.  If shortlisted, go back and redial the *45665# code again and repeat number 2.
8. Select 2 in the Next menu to Confirm availability for the NEXIT Loan Training.
9. Repeat numbers 4, 5 & 6, you will get a text message saying you have successfully confirmed your availability for the NEXIT Loan Training.

The Batch C1 Npower beneficiaries will nonetheless use it for the NEXIT Loan Enrolment because their information is already in the system.

However, if a candidate is unable to access the Internet, they can use the USSD Code for convenience.

To deliver the NEXIT Loan Training, the Ministry will choose authorized Entrepreneurship Development Institutions (EDI).

One week is the normal length of an entrepreneurship development training.

One of the most important steps in the NEXIT Loan application process is the design and submission of the Business Plan.

The size of the loan that an applicant can get depends on their company strategy. If the company idea is found to be successful, larger loans up to N3 million may be made available.
