We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Coordinator

Location: Nigeria
Department: Security

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or other related fields
  • Experience in security management, with at least 3 years in related function
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written & communication skills are required.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Key Performance Indicators

  • Coordination of daily security activities and maintenance of adequate access control for materials and personnel at all company bases (10%)
  • Providing weekly security awareness education to staff: (5%)
  • Conducting investigations to all incidents of security breach: (10%)
  • Rendering weekly security report summary to Head of Security: (10%)
  • Management of security service providers (10%)
  • Execution of designed security counter-measures: and guest houses (10%)
  • Coordination of Security Logistics and personnel deployment: (10%)
  • Provision of Security Strategy Framework:(10%)
  • Undertaking security risk assessment and provision of threat assessment & mitigation (10%)
  • Verification of Asset Protection Design (5%)
  • Intelligence Management: (10%)
