Qualification & Experience: BCS or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience or MCS (or equivalent) / MBA with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Business process design & development and workflows in systems.
- Should be able to suggest and validate solution options for the requirements and lead the solution design with business teams.
- Strong knowledge of business areas within CC&B such as meter reads, billing, payment processing, collections and field service.
- Extensive knowledge of CC&B Operational and BI Reporting / Dashoarding
- Must have strong skills in ETL and Warehouse design with hands-on experience
