CN Tower

You may have seen the CN Tower in many popular Punjabi songs. You can actually see the CN Tower from anywhere in Toronto. Towering over the downtown core at a height of 553 m, the CN Tower is Toronto’s most famous attraction. During its construction between 1972 and 1976, the CN Tower was by far the tallest freestanding structure worldwide, however, it has since been surpassed. If the tower alone doesn’t fascinate you much, then you can try the Edge Walk, walking on a 1.5 m wide ledge around the exterior edge of the pod at a height of 365 m. You’ll be attached to a rope and safety harness. This may be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many. 

Rogers Centre

Rogers Centre is a huge domed sports arena that features a unique roof design that slides back so it can be opened when there’s great weather. Isn’t that amazing? Built-in 1989 to compete with the Olympic Stadium in Montreal, Rogers Centre is located next to the CN Tower.
