Curtin University 2022 HDR Scholarship, School of Molecular and Life Sciences

Three PhD student scholarships are available in the School of Molecular and Life Sciences at Curtin University, Australia. The successful candidates will work with Associate Professor Guohua Jia on his Australian Research Council (ARC) Future Fellowship project (2D nanomaterial heterostructures for photocatalytic hydrogen production), ARC Discovery project (Inorganic/organic Hybrids for flexible thermoelectric generators) and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem – Zelman Cowen Academic Initiatives (ZCAI) Joint Project (Modern X-ray detectors based on 2D metal halide perovskites). These projects aim to develop inorganic nanocrystals with controlled size, shape, composition that are responsive to light, heat and x-ray towards energy harvesting and storage, thermoelectric and optoelectronic devices. This scholarship application is open until filled.
