University of Pacific International Undergraduate Admissions

International students seeking admission to the University of the Pacific must meet the university’s and the government of America’s eligibility requirements. Because the University of the Pacific’s acceptance rate is anticipated to be about 66 per cent, students must meet the university’s prerequisites. Academic transcripts and English test scores should be presented.

Graduate Admission at University of Pacific

The institution offers more than 100 programmes to international students from more than 100 countries. Master of education, Master of Education (M.Ed) Organizational Learning and Effectiveness, and Master of Arts (M.A) Education are some of the most well-known programmes where students apply.

The Application Fee is 35 USD (INR 2704). 

Requirements for post-graduate programs:

  • Certified copy of academic transcripts
  • English proficiency skills results
  • Letter of recommendation
  • Statement of Purpose
  • For select courses, students may be asked to submit their curriculum vitae (CV). 
  • If a student has taken any standardized tests, the results of such tests may also be submitted. Some programmes require students to take particularly standardized exams; in this instance, students should consult the university’s website.
  • Photographs the size of a passport must be presented.

International students applying as first-year or transfer students can apply for a number of International Student Merit Scholarships at the University of the Pacific. Applicants from outside the United States who have a GPA of 3.5 or higher are automatically considered. Some of the scholarships provided are:

How long does the admission process take?

It could happen in a matter of days, but it could also take weeks or months. The majority of the time, you’ll hear back before the end of March, but some courses remain open until the end of June or make rolling offers until the July deadline.

Does the University of the Pacific provide on-campus accommodation?

Accommodation is available on campus.         
1. The University of Pacific has 23 Residential Halls that provide on-campus housing.            
2. There are 12 classic residence halls with triple, double, and single occupancy rooms available.                                                             
3.  There are 1-4 residents per apartment in each of the five residential communities.          
4. Four fraternity and two sorority houses are among the six Greek Chapter facilities.

What are the options available for making a fee payment?

The university provides you with two options for making payment                                             1. The semester payment option allows you to pay for each semester in full before it starts.    
2. You can pay for each semester in four instalments if you choose the monthly payment option. This option comes with a $40 per semester fee.
